Sales & Project Strategy
I close deals, launch projects, and bring people together.
Hello, I am Angela!
Raised in Taipei, Taiwan, and now based in LA, I bring a cross-cultural perspective that helps me connect with diverse audiences and approach strategy with a global mindset.
I’m naturally drawn to understanding what clients and customers truly need, then turning those insights into meaningful experiences. I enjoy taking ownership of scalable products and projects that create long-term impact.
Currently, I’m a Leasing & Sales Consultant at Tripalink, consistently hitting my goals and helping keep occupancy at up to 95% across a 10+ building portfolio. I sell and close deals fluently in both English and Mandarin.
Open to new opportunities: I’m actively looking for SDR/BDR, go-to-market (GTM), and project management roles. I’d love to hear how I can make a positive impact on your team!

Approach
Leasing puts me between people and the business every day. I’ve learned to hear what actually drives a customer’s decision, and I want to bring that customer-first lens to sales, go-to-market, and project work.

Leasing & Sales
I run the full leasing cycle, from inbound tours to signed leases and move-ins, closing ~15 leases a month. I match pricing, promotions, and add-ons to each prospect and use an AI CRM to re-engage leads that go quiet.
Market & Pricing Analysis
I track competitor pricing and promotions to shape portfolio-wide strategy, and audited internal pricing trackers to fix discrepancies.
Marketing & Operations
I make short-form video campaigns, flag gaps in lead channels, and work with building ops to keep move-ins smooth.
A moment from the leasing floor
A prospect loved a unit but balked at the price. Instead of discounting, I walked through budgeting options that showed the value. They signed. That’s how I sell: find what’s really in the way, then solve it.
Launch projects · Case Study 1
Market Opportunity
I led a 5-person team on Uber Eats' underpenetrated suburban markets and found a gap in recurring, high-frequency orders that current pricing misses.
Product Strategy
We proposed a Meal Plan subscription, with user journey, pricing tiers, and unit economics, and pitched it live to Uber product leaders.
Go-To-Market
I owned the launch plan, personas, and success metrics: who to target first, how to roll out, and what numbers prove it works.

Concept & Direction
I led a small design and dev team through the full product cycle of an isometric pixel-art game set on the USC campus, from concept sketch to planning board.
Cross-Functional Leadership
I kept designers and developers aligned on scope, visual direction, and technical feasibility across parallel workstreams.
Execution
I shipped a playable demo (hand-illustrated campus map, gameplay screens, and merch) and presented it at demo day.
Bring people together
Outside of work, I build community the same way I build a pipeline: one table, one post, one conversation at a time.
My ongoing baking project: recipe development and food photography, from croissants to tarts to cookies, shared on Instagram.
I love hosting long dinners under string lights with family and friends. Cooking is how I share love and give people a reason to stay a little longer.
