About

Hello, I am Angela!
Raised in Taipei, Taiwan, and now based in LA, I bring a cross-cultural perspective that helps me connect with diverse audiences and approach strategy with a global mindset.

I’m naturally drawn to understanding what clients and customers truly need, then turning those insights into meaningful experiences. I enjoy taking ownership of scalable products and projects that create long-term impact.

Currently, I’m a Leasing & Sales Consultant at Tripalink, consistently hitting my goals and helping keep occupancy at up to 95% across a 10+ building portfolio. I sell and close deals fluently in both English and Mandarin.

Open to new opportunities: I’m actively looking for SDR/BDR, go-to-market (GTM), and project management roles. I’d love to hear how I can make a positive impact on your team!

Approach

People first, growth follows.

Working in residential leasing and sales puts me at the intersection of people, experience, and business every day. I’ve learned to listen for what matters to a customer and what drives their decisions.

The strongest growth strategies start with a deep understanding of the people they’re built for. I want to bring that customer-first perspective into sales, go-to-market, and project work, turning real customer insights into scalable growth.

Leasing & Sales

I manage the full leasing process, from booking tours for inbound leads to applications, screenings, signed contracts, and move-ins, closing ~15 leases a month. I drive conversions by matching community features, pricing, promotions, and add-ons to what each prospect needs, and use an AI CRM to track leads and re-engage the ones who go quiet.

Market & Pricing Analysis

I analyze competitor pricing, availability, and promotions to shape portfolio-wide sales strategy, and audited internal pricing trackers to catch and correct pricing discrepancies.

Marketing & Operations

I create short-form video campaigns and flag gaps in inbound lead channels. I also work with building operations and property management to make move-ins seamless and keep residents happy.

90%+Occupancy maintained across 10+ properties in Koreatown, Culver City & Mid City, hitting monthly goals of up to 95%
~$585KLease value signed per month (~15 leases × ~$3K/mo × 13-month terms)

A moment from the leasing floor

A prospect loved a unit but was worried about the price. Instead of jumping to a discount, I laid out budgeting options that made it work and helped them see the value differently. They signed. That’s how I sell: understand what’s really in the way, then solve for it.

Market Opportunity

I led a 5-person team analyzing Uber Eats' underpenetrated suburban markets. We found a gap in recurring, high-frequency orders that existing delivery pricing wasn't built to capture.

Product Strategy

We proposed an Uber Eats Meal Plan subscription, defining the core user journey, pricing tiers, and unit economics, and pitched it to a live panel of Uber product leaders.

Go-To-Market

I owned the launch plan, user personas, and success metrics: who to target first, how to sequence the rollout, and which numbers would prove the Meal Plan was working.

Concept & Direction

I led a small design and development team through the full product cycle for an isometric pixel-art game exploring the USC campus, from concept sketch to a shared planning board covering mechanics, genres, and style references.

Cross-Functional Leadership

I coordinated designers and developers across parallel workstreams, keeping scope, visual direction, and technical feasibility aligned as the project moved from concept to build.

Execution

I shipped a playable demo — a hand-illustrated campus map, working gameplay screens, and merch — presented live at demo day.

Other Projects

Bring people together

Outside of work, I build community the same way I build a pipeline: one table, one post, one conversation at a time.

Carrot Cafe

Carrot Cafe is my ongoing baking project — part recipe development, part food photography — documenting bakes from croissants to tarts to cookies. I'm both baker and content creator, sharing the process and the results on Instagram.

Summer Solstice

In my free time, I love hosting — bringing family and friends together for long dinner sessions and parties under string lights. Cooking and baking are my way of sharing love: setting a table, filling it with food, and giving people a reason to linger and stay a while longer.
